9r1 Upgrade Assessments

9r1 Upgrade Assessments are conducted by experienced technical/functional consultants who will work jointly with your business and IT leadership to evaluate the upgrade in detail.  Partnering with Shelby through an upgrade assessment will allow you to mitigate risk, better understand internal and external resource requirements, and help you make better decisions to begin benefiting from new functionality sooner than later.

The upgrade assessment can be completed by Shelby resources in generally 2 – 4 weeks depending on a number of factors such as the complexity of the technical infrastructure, extent of the customizations and process mapping required.  And in most cases, the cost of the assessment will also be credited back to you if Shelby is selected to provide the services for performing the upgrade.
