Assessment Approach

To complete the assessment of eProcurement platforms, Shelby provided SAP and an Ariba Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to meet with Amgen Procurement, Sourcing, Contract Management, and IT personnel in both the European Service Center and North America Headquarters.  Each SME applied their experience in application implementation and best practices experience to determine the most effective plan for the eProcurement initiative.
