North Fork Holdings Acquires the Shelby Group of Companies
North Fork Holdings, Inc. said it recently completed the acquisition of the assets of The Shelby Group, Shelby Technology Solutions, and Shelby Enterprise Solutions.
North Fork Holdings said it will conduct business as "The Shelby Group," and will continue that company's tradition of providing consulting services in the arena of spend management.
John Dreyer, President and Owner of North Fork Holdings, said: "Over the years, Shelby has provided clear and objective consulting services by helping companies best leverage technology investments in areas such as Spend Analytics, eSourcing, Contract Management, eProcurement, and eInvoicing.

The Shelby Group's offerings include the strategic planning, selection, deployment, and integration of on- demand and on-premise platforms such as Ariba and SAP.
