Many firms do not understand potential core code changes vs. configuration or platform modifications - including what external support may be required: Shelby understands both your Business and IT needs for ongoing application support – and will work closely with you to recommend changes and modifications that can be supported with minimal impact during release or service pack upgrades. This eliminates unnecessary downtime and overly complex upgrade paths.
