Business Requirements Gathering

During this phase Shelby will help your team gather a variety of requirements for preparing a gap-fit analysis. Shelby leverages a holistic approach for gathering the necessary requirements including executive strategic presentation sessions, end-user workshops, current state discussions/forums and spend/procurement data analysis.

Analysis & Design

Based on your requirements, Shelby works with all the critical project stakeholders to evaluate and confirm true “features and functions” of delivered capability, further analyze and modify requirements, and assist in developing a final blueprint for configuration that fits project budget and scope requirements whether you are implementing new functionality or transitioning your legacy or 3rd party infrastructure to SAP.

Configuration

Shelby will assist you in applying best practice approaches to configuring requirements and creating documentation from baseline-to-finalized configuration. 

Testing

 Shelby works with your team to develop scripts and strategies from core functionality and providing for process customizations unique to your environment.  During this phase Shelby will design a roadmap for testing for System and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) steps in your project plan including load and stress-testing and optimization assessments.

Change Management / Training

Shelby’s consultants are well versed in training techniques and approaches to a wide audience of users.  Shelby provides customized classroom instructor led training based on the project requirements for deployment including train-the-trainer and end-user focused curriculum.
